To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have a valid Social Security number, have a regular source of income, and have an active checking account. Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on state regulations and individual lender criteria.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your loan application. You understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services and could constitute fraud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information may be shared with lending partners and service providers to process your loan request.

6. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting an application through Cash For Whatever does not guarantee you will receive a loan offer or be approved for credit. Loan approval is at the sole discretion of our lending partners based on their underwriting criteria. We make no representations or warranties regarding the terms, rates, or availability of any loan products.

Cash For Whatever is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or actions of our lending partners. Any loan agreement is between you and the lender, and we are not a party to that agreement.
